Kombi sought to integrate artificial intelligence into its operations to optimize the work of its marketing, production, and management teams. The company faced a clear productivity challenge: achieve more without increasing headcount, while structuring the use of AI tools that had so far been explored only in a scattered, experimental way. The goal was to move from isolated experimentation to strategic adoption — creating a coherent, sustainable approach that maximized the tangible benefits of AI in internal processes.
To strengthen internal capabilities so teams could adopt and use AI in a structured and autonomous way.Instead of adding yet another tool, Kombi wanted to build a culture of AI-augmented efficiency, where every employee understands and leverages the potential of intelligent technologies in their daily work.
The Hologram team supported Kombi through a hands-on AI learning and integration program built around three key pillars:
The program’s impact was felt within weeks. Kombi achieved a productivity gain equivalent to 35 hours per week — the equivalent of a full-time employee. This improvement came mainly from reducing the time spent on writing, analysis, and decision-making, all of which are now accelerated thanks to AI tools customized for each department’s needs.
Additionally, a customer service employee received personalized training for the integration of Gorgias AI, an intelligent request management system. Result: it can now respond autonomously to more than 20% of requests and to over 70% with assistance, a rate that is steadily increasing thanks to the system’s continuous improvement.
