What is your approach to hybrid work?

We like to keep things simple: a good balance between time together and the flexibility to work where you’re most effective. We come into the office when it adds value, to collaborate, brainstorm, align, or simply spend time as a team. The rest of the time, we trust people to organize their work with autonomy, based on projects, priorities, and the team’s rhythm.

How should I prepare for an interview with your team?

Come as you are, with your curiosity, your questions, and a few concrete examples of what you’ve done. We want to understand how you think, what motivates you, and how you like to collaborate. No need for a perfect pitch: we prefer a real conversation that feels simple, transparent, and human.
