We're a small team and we own it. That means everyone is involved in projects, clients have access to the right people from the start, and decisions are made fast. We meet with clients, we understand their challenges, we iterate with them until it makes sense. That's how we work.

We come from different fields, we've lived different professional realities, and it's that mix that keeps us agile and close to our clients' reality. We come into the office when it adds value, to collaborate, brainstorm, align, or simply spend time as a team. The rest of the time, we trust people to organize their work with autonomy, based on projects, priorities, and the team’s rhythm.
